Big Bore Kit – 1417cc TURBO

EdgePerformance billet big bore cylinders for Rotax 9 series engines.

043-T6 billet alloy
8.5:1 CR
Dyno proven at 160HP. Normal output on a 914 is 135HP
Comes with custom under cut EP forged pistons with teflon coated skirts and ceramic coated piston crowns
Use 91+OCT fuel or greater
Billet machined cylinders, not casted. Greater density and heat transfer
Media blasted finish for better heat dispatchment and increased surfase area
Not sleeved like other kits
Nikasil plated cylinders, will last forever. Same technology as OEM uses as well as all MC mfg.’s
Reports of 15c° lower CHT’s
Piston weight 318gr vs 465gr standard
CP custom forged race pistons. Lightweight and weight matched to +/- 1gram Nikasil cylinders allow for tighter cylinder/piston clearance

REQUIRES CRANK CASE AND CYLINDER HEADS TO BE MACHINED FOR PROPER CLEARANCE
